SHIPPING TO PAKISTAN
We offer free delivery across Pakistan on orders above PKR 2,600. All orders are delivered via Call Courier in 3-4 working days after the confirmation of the order.
All our international orders are delivered within 5-7 working days through DHL Express Worldwide Service. Once an order has been successfully placed, you will be able to track the location of your order directly through link provided in your order detail page or through DHL website.
RETURNING ITEMS FROM THE ONLINE STORE
MAUSUMMERY does not accept returns for items bought from the online store. However, Mausummery will refund any item(s), if the item(s) received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size or style was shipped within 30 days of purchase. Prior to shipping the return to MAUSUMMERY you will need to contact our customer service center by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +92 21 35305956. If approved, your refund will be issued through coupon code redeemable on our website. The coupon code will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.

We are unable to accept returns of merchandise purchased online at our MAUSUMMERY Stores.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. MAUSUMMERY may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons includes: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
